Hi! I’m Hannah,
My focus is girls’ and women’s mental health throughout childhood, adolescence, and adulthood. You may be experiencing feelings of anxiety, depression, low self confidence, stress, or are struggling to find acceptance toward a life change. Perhaps you are unfulfilled with your career or major choice and need support in determining your life path. Maybe you’ve experienced trauma, and you’re finding that memories of an impactful event have held you back from living your fullest life. My goal is to utilize a client-centered, eclectic approach to provide you with the space to feel safe to process and overcome challenges you are facing.

I aim to do this in a way that makes you feel comfortable - this could be while you sip your morning coffee, while you’re on your lunch break, or even while on a walk. I want to provide a laid back environment where you can be your most authentic self while we work together to determine holistic strategies that will best serve your goals.

In addition to traditional talk therapy, I offer Brainspotting, which is a highly effective treatment technique that allows clients to process and heal from trauma. I am currently accepting new clients and offer both daytime and evening availability. If I sound like the right therapist for you, please do not hesitate to reach out!
